My Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL Experience

I very recently bought Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL phone from Flipkart. It is almost a month since I have been using this phone and I must say, it is worth the money I have spent. The service provided by Flipkart is commendable, for I was served in the best possible way, be it the website, the way the products are described or the customer care executives. Everything and everyone were very helpful and kind. The product was delivered to me within a week of my order in a well packed cover with a proper seal. All the accessories also are smartly placed and packed.

My first expression seeing the product was “wow”. But I used it for a month before placing a proper review. Here are the pros and cons of the product I have experienced.

Let’s start with Cons

The quality of Camera is not as expected

If quality of Camera is your priority then this phone is not meant for you. Don’t count on the MegaPixels of the phone. Check the sensor size and lighting conditions. The phone produces decent photos but not like that of a DSLR camera. The photos clicked can be however very easily uploaded on the media websites.

Slippery Device

The device is very slippery. Be very careful when you hold it. Hold it tight or else it will easily drop. I happened to drop the phone very often initially. But now I bought a cover which gives me enough grip to hold the phone.

The Pros I have noticed

Good Sound Quality

The sound quality is reasonably good. I would rate it 9 on 10. It is quite amazing to watch videos and listen to songs. The audio is very clear and sound. The headset provided is also very comfortable to use. It actually enhanced the audio quality.

Proximity Sensor

I have read several critical reviews about the Proximity sensor of the phone. I have not found anything wrong with the device. If you find any defect in the proximity sensor, get an exchange.

Good Gaming Experience

The previous phone that I used often gets struck when games of high intensity are played. This phone does not have any such problem. I can play games continuously without any disturbance. The audio and the picture quality of the phone is an added advantage. It makes the gaming experience worth.

For me, this phone is worth the money spent. I have not faced any serious issues with the phone till date. I saw several reviews in Paytm too before buying the product.
